Craig, who despite badly blistered feet finished the walk on schedule along with Graham. Craig stated “my boots are now pot plants”. Graham and Craig would like to say a personal thank you to all the crew on the Diamond Offshore Platform – OCEAN VANGUARD based in Norway. The crew helped to raise a massive £546.55.
All money raised shall aid in the development of a very exciting initiative this year aimed at creating an interactive website that shall teach children water safety awareness through many different scenarios - inland water awareness but also at home and the beach. Our hopes are that local Primary Schools within Perth & Kinross shall also see the worth of accessing such a website, and that a very serious message can be put in a fun way. Safe-Tay have gained support and assistance on the creation of the website from many organisations such as RNLI, Tayside Fire & Rescue and Tayside Police. Our aim is to go LIVE in August of this year.
